Checked out the Reading Terminal Market (awesome food mecca) and the Barnes Collection today. The Barnes Collection is overwhelming, my mind feels completely saturated by all of the amazing impressionist paintings I viewed. Good thing Steph and I visited the wine shop on our way home, it helped erase the culture we had accumulated over the afternoon. This is what the Philly rose/white zin section looks like at about 6pm on Saturday evening--completely picked over!
This is what we ultimately ended up enjoying with our homemade mushroom risotto:
I really liked the label and this is proof that sometimes there is good wine hiding inside great packaging!
