Okay, so this was converted to be used as the MTV real world house... Rumor even has it that it was an after hours spot!
They have converted it into an art gallery that is mostly used for private events. We had a med school shindig there where everyone got wasted while there was only two toilets for 300 people. Imagine the chaos on the streets outside!
