Day One

I'm not sure if this is the best way to begin a blog but I'm going to start off with a confession, I am a terrible emailer.  In fact, I don't think this is really news, I'm sure a number of you (Erin, Charlotte, Chrissie) will attest to this grave failing of mine.  In an effort to keep in touch as I embark on a great new adventure in the East I am going to attempt to update you all via this fabulous (and trust me it will become quite fabulous) blog.  A few caveats,  I have always thought of a blog as needing some purpose or theme but please keep in mind I am still working on what mine might be.  I have long relied on my friends technological abilities (I miss you already Laura!) so if we experience any long periods of silence I'm sure it's just my computer and I having a stand off.  Also, I sure hope there's a spell check feature somewhere on this program.  I can assure you there are some great stories to come so your patience is greatly appreciated and keep checking back!
